Collage Maker by Parker Data Link · Last updated 6 September 2026

Your photos never leave your phone.

Every collage is built on your own device. No picture you choose is uploaded, copied to a server, or seen by Parker Data Link or anyone else. We have no way to see your photos, and we never will.

What the app does with your photos

Ads

The app is free and is paid for by advertising. Ads are supplied by Google AdMob, part of Google LLC. Google is an independent controller of the data it collects through those ads.

To choose and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects a limited set of information from your device. It does not receive your photos or your collages.

What Google collectsWhy
Advertising ID (a resettable number)To choose ads and limit repeats
Approximate location, from your IP addressTo show ads relevant to your country
Device and app informationDevice model, OS version, app version, language
Ad interaction dataWhether an ad was shown, viewed or tapped

Google's own privacy policy explains what it does with this: policies.google.com/privacy. How Google uses data from apps that use its services is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Your choices about ads

If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the app shows Google's consent form the first time it runs, and you can change your answer later from the same screen.

What Parker Data Link collects

Nothing.

Parker Data Link LLC operates no server for this app, runs no analytics, and has no crash reporter. We receive no personal information about you at all — only anonymous, aggregated earnings totals from Google, which identify no individual.

What is stored on your device

Permissions

The app asks only for permission to read the photos you choose, and for internet access, which the ads need. It does not use your camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, files or messages.

Children

Collage Maker is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will act on it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and the previous version is replaced here.
